My final release of 2024 arrives today from Raconteur Press, and it was another story that was a lot of fun to write. There are some jokes that everyone will get, some inside jokes for people who know me, and a few references that metal fans should enjoy.
When Aimee and her mom stop at an ancient convenience store on a road trip, she has no idea that it will change her life. The shopkeeper gifts her with a doll that bears a striking resemblance to her and her twin sister. But there’s a dark meaning behind the gift, and now she has to figure out what it means and how to avoid the grim fate that’s in store.
